West Havre is a census-designated place (CDP) in Hill County, Montana, United States. The population was 284 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.9 square miles (4.9 km2), all of it land.
As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 284 people, 100 households, and 79 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 151.4 people per square mile (58.3/km²). There were 103 housing units at an average density of 54.9/sq mi (21.2/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 92.25% White, 1.41% Native American, 1.41% Asian, and 4.93% from two or more races.
There were 100 households out of which 44.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 72.0% were married couples living together, 3.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.0% were non-families. 17.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.84 and the average family size was 3.24.
